Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing or using our services or website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Acceptance of these terms is implied through your continued use or by accepting a quotation from Binetic.

2. Services & Fees

Charges for our services are outlined in the project quote. Quotations are valid for 14 days. Fees include development, design, hosting, domain services, and third-party services as specified. Payment is due through bank transfer, and late payments may incur penalties.

3. Client Review

Binetic provides opportunities for clients to review and provide feedback at different project milestones (design, demo, final review). Acceptance is implied if feedback is not provided within 7 days of the review stage.

4. Delays & Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing content (text, images, etc.) promptly. Delays in providing required information may result in project delays and potential additional charges.

5. Payment & Ongoing Costs

Full payment is required upon project completion. Domain registration fees and hosting are billed annually or monthly. Hosting services must be renewed timely to avoid service interruptions.

6. Hosting & Third-Party Providers

If hosting is provided by Binetic, it includes domain-based emails, storage, and security. For third-party hosting, Binetic is not responsible for service issues or compatibility with our custom development. Clients are responsible for renewing hosting and domain services.

7. Browser Compatibility & Support

Binetic ensures compatibility with current browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari). However, we are not responsible for compatibility issues caused by future browser updates.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

The client retains copyright of all provided content, but grants Binetic a license to use it for project purposes. Binetic retains the rights to all original code and designs unless otherwise agreed.

9. Project Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In the event of termination by the client, payment is required for work completed up to the point of termination.

10. Liability

Binetic is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the use or performance of the website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service under dispute.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

Binetic reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
